Do I own my website and Google account?
Yes always. Your domain, your Google Business Profile, your social media pages. Everything is registered and owned by you. If you ever stop working with VISDAK, you keep everything.
What if I am not sure which package fits?
That is what the first conversation is for. We will ask you a few questions about where your business is today and tell you honestly which package makes sense or if none of them do right now.
Is there a contract?
Monthly packages have a 3-month minimum. After that, you can stop anytime with 30 days notice. One-time packages (Digital Doorstep, Shakti Digital setup) have no ongoing commitment unless you choose to add monthly support.
How long does setup take?
Digital Doorstep is done in 3 working days. Shakti Digital setup takes 7–10 working days. Growth Track projects are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. Most clients start with Digital Doorstep and move to Starter Presence after a few months. There is no penalty for upgrading, and we give credit for setup work already done.
